Katibawasan Falls in Camiguin is the tallest waterfall on the island. According to the locals, Katibawasan Falls measures about 250 feet high, The waterfall pours down towards a green plunge pool which is quite refreshing where tourists can swim and enjoy the splash of water from the waterfalls.this is one waterfall you definitely want to add to your list of things to do in Camiguin!.
Katibawasan Falls is located in Mambajao and it is approximately a 20-minute drive to reach the falls from the main town. The entrance fee is 50 pesos and is fed from the nearby Mt. Timpoong and the falls itself features a narrow stream of water that flows effortlessly down a monolithic cliff-face and into a large catch basin below.
Some sections around the catch basin are man-made but they have done their best to preserve the natural ambiance at this popular Camiguin tourist spot.
The place is also a perfect destination for picnicking, dating, family or friend reunions or pleasure/vacation adventure trips.

It is easy to reach Katibawasan Falls in Camiguin Islands. Tourists can directly take a multicab, jeep, van or car to reach the place from the Benoni Port or from the town of Mambajao. The transportation cost will vary as per the specific vehicle opted by tourists to reach the waterfalls.
